I just had my furnace serviced by Rush Maintenance Heating & Cooling and I have to say it was THE BEST experience I’ve EVER had dealing with any kind of service call. Not only did they show up at the time requested but he took the time to explain each step of the furnace tune up, what was causing the problem and specifically what he was doing the correct the heating repair. Given I’m not a heating contractor, I really appreciated him explaining all the work that needed to be done to me in plain English too. He didn’t make me feel stupid or try to sell me on a new residential furnace sales or heating installation. I’m an El Paso native so trust me when I say I’ve had plenty of dealings with evaporative cooling and heating companies in the past and nobody compared to the level of service and amazing results that I’ve got from Kelly at Rush Maintenance. I’d recommend him them to anyone who wants the job done right and at a reasonable price. Now that I’ve found them, I’m a loyal customer for life!
