We called Rush because our Evap Cooler needed serviced. Kelly came out and took a look at it and it turned out the door had been open on the side and a flock of doves had moved in it.
Upon further inspection the unit needed many things and he gave me a price on getting it running but stated he was not sure it would last long. We asked for a quote on a new one and set it up for a week later on a Sunday. In fact it was Father’s Day !! Kelly showed up early with I believe his son. I was surprised how prepared and quick and professional they were. Being a former HVAC controls technician it was a great surprise. They had the old unit removed and replaced in no time at all. Now we are able to use the rest of our house again. Thanks Kelly and Rush for helping us out in this time of need. We have known Kelly and his team at Rush Maintenance Heating & Cooling for a long time. Over the years in the winter season, we've called them for heating installations, furnace repairs and heating service for all of our maintenance needs. In the summer we call them for air conditioning repair, service and inspections (to help prevent costly future problems). We moved a couple of times and are never really sure how old the existing swamp cooler or furnace is but Rush gets the units working like a champ and it's very rare that we need a new air conditioning installation or replacement. Rush Maintenance were referred to us when we were looking for a residential heating contractor to service our forced air furnace. We were so impressed with Kelly that we have been using this heating and air conditioning company ever since for all of our ac and heating repairs and maintenance. Last year it was time for a new furnace installation and Kelly wasn't pushy with the furnace sales at all. He outlined all of our options and the pros and cons of each alternative. Luckily we haven't needed any furnace repairs with our new equipment yet but it's good to know this company is there for us if we do need furnace service in the future!

I just had my furnace serviced by Rush Maintenance Heating & Cooling and I have to say it was THE BEST experience I've EVER had dealing with any kind of service call. Not only did they show up at the time requested but he took the time to explain each step of the furnace tune up, what was causing the problem and specifically what he was doing the correct the heating repair. Given I'm not a heating contractor, I really appreciated him explaining all the work that needed to be done to me in plain English too. He didn't make me feel stupid or try to sell me on a new residential furnace sales or heating installation.
